Additional Support Services Policy Our Additional Services are designed to provide flexible, on-demand support solutions that complement standard healthcare delivery operations for pharmacies, clinics, and care facilities. Service Scope These services may include, but are not limited to: Specialized or priority courier runs Scheduled route optimization and multi-stop coordination Facility support deliveries and internal logistics runs After-hours or urgent request services (based on availability) Customized healthcare logistics solutions tailored to client needs Service Requests All additional service requests must be scheduled or approved in advance when possible. Same-day or urgent requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Service details, timing, and requirements must be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Handling & Compliance All items must be properly packaged and labeled prior to pickup. We reserve the right to refuse any items that are unsafe, improperly prepared, or outside of service scope. Confidentiality and professionalism are maintained at all times. Temperature-sensitive items must be disclosed in advance. Pricing & Billing Additional services are billed based on distance, urgency, complexity, or contract terms. Custom pricing may apply for recurring or specialized service arrangements. Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice terms. Liability We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including traffic, weather, facility delays, or third-party processing issues. Clients are responsible for ensuring items are ready for pickup at the agreed time.
